We ship all of our frozen products through UPS with a 2 day or an overnight shipping service to ensure they arrive frozen.

2-Day orders are shipped Monday thru Wednesday to ensure arrival before the weekend. Any 2-Day orders placed AFTER 12 pm EST on Wednesday will not ship until the following Monday.

Overnight orders are shipped Monday thru Thursday. Order must be received by 12 pm EST to ensure same day shipping. Any overnight orders placed AFTER 12 pm EST on Thursday will not ship until the following Monday.

Note: Please confirm you have the correct shipping address entered. Our products are frozen hand-crafted perishable items, please ensure the shipping recipient will be able to receive the package on the day of the delivery. Once orders ship, we are unable to make any changes to the product ordered or shipping information.

All merchandise is shipped separately.
